Are You A Happy Customer? | An Open Letter From Kyle and Carson

Hey Everyone,

Previously we showed you our “warts”.   We thought that it is just as important to tell people what could be worked on within our service at Wealthy Affiliate, rather than just telling you what is great. 

We are humble, we can take it! Sure we have our flaws, and this is exciting!

How is it exciting?

The reason flaws are so important is that it gives us the opportunity to improve upon our service.   No company is ever perfect and if they can look at their flaws as an opportunity to become a better service for their customers, then they are going to have more customers.

Correct us if we are wrong in this thinking…

“If we continually improve our service, we will have more customers.”

This is the line of thinking that we build our business from.  Ultimately if you are not happy, then why should we be happy?

This is why Wealthy Affiliate has evolved from a “keyword list” site way back in 2005, to the Top Internet Marketing Community in the world.

We don’t want to brag, but there is a reason why people love our service.  A reason why over 500,000 sites have written good reviews about us, and a reason why we have become selfless to help others succeed within this business.

If money was the driving force behind our business, we would have a lot more of it right now.  We see opportunities all the time to capitalize on high ticket items, introducing new paid services into WA, etc….but this is at the expense of the customer (you).

So today, we want to ask you “are you a happy customer?”.  Do you feel like you are being treated well by other companies out there?  Do you feel as a buyer (which is a critical part of any company), that you carry some sort of importance in their business decisions?

We hope so.

That is what we offer at Wealthy Affiliate to our members.  You are not only a member, you are an active part of the development within WA.  If you are unhappy about something or you find one of our “warts” (that we may not have even noticed), we will be proactive in fixing it.
